Panorama – roadmap for transition
Panorama – roadmap for transition
Sweden’s journey towards net zero by 2045 is supported by Panorama, an open, science-based platform. Panorama helps you map your pathway to net zero across every sector and system.
From data to action
Panorama was developed with the Swedish Climate Policy Council. It tracks emissions, progress, and gaps, and standardises climate knowledge to inform decisions. It translates IPCC mitigation knowledge into actionable building blocks and details the technologies, behaviours, investments, and policy shifts required in each sector.
Your Panorama
When customized to your specific needs and goals (see Brazil example below) Panorama provides you with a roadmap for accelerating your green transformation. It facilitates designing and implementing ambitious climate strategies. It makes your transition transparent, measurable, and inclusive and helps you strengthen NDCs and reach climate goals.
Innovation, policy, finance
Innovation, policy, and finance form the foundation of the Panorama framework. Why? Because we know from experience that this closes the gap between ambition and implementation. By mapping emissions across several key sectors Panorama provides a structured approach to identifying policy instruments, investment needs, and technological transitions.
Panorama example – Brazil
Brazil's green transition is focused on advancing sustainability across its major sectors to reduce carbon emissions and meet climate goals. This Panorama visualization – made ahead of COP30 in Belém for demonstrative purposes – shows a breakdown on emissions in different industry sectors and 44 suggested Swedish solutions.
